Hesbon has been working professionally in the agricultural sector for more than ten years. Experienced in steering farmer organisation to derive maximum efficiencies with available resources to address food security. He has keen interest in commodity value chain analysis with emphasis on policy interventions having analysed markets for different crops. He is listed as a consultant for business advocacy fund in Kenya and co-authored cotton handbook for extension, managing contamination and pre-ginning best practices for east and southern African cotton, market research on the Kenya textile industry policy. Hesbon is an Agronomist for Business for Development in the Kenya project with a focus on effective engagement in agricultural productivity to improve livelihoods of the rural community.
