After obtaining a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Brad beganhis career in telecommunications – from international telephony to the internet and then to support operational and business support systems,fora range of businesses, mainly in a business analyst role, bridging business users and technologists.
Over time, industries and geographies have led to leadership and management roles focused on solution delivery and solutionarchitecture.
Recently,he hasadvocated for CRM-based solutions (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce), leveraging the power of the platform to solve many different business process issues, quickly and cost-effectively.
