Morris has spent three decades working for theKenyan Government and the Kwale County Government and has garnered extensive experience in crop agronomy and the development of smallholder agribusiness.

Morris has significantly helped transform the lives of smallholder communities through the promotion, adoption and implementation of superior agricultural technologies and practices. By doing so, he has helped expand market opportunities, lift smallholder livelihoods and alleviate poverty within the community.
